The quarter finals have now been completed in the 2024 Scratch League playoffs. Despite a busy golfing schedule for many of the Union's top players, all four fixtures featured some 'big names' who served up some excellent golf and some close finishes.
At Scarborough North Cliff a playoff was needed as the seasiders went down to Ganstead 2-1. Last year's runners-up Hornsea were beaten by Beverley by the same score, whilst Hessle saw off KP 3-0.
At Kirk Ella, Ben Rozenbroek had to come from 3 down at the turn to defeat George Davies of Filey Golf Club on the 17th (pictured above) in the deciding match to ensure Hull progressed 2-1.
The semi final draw is as follows:
Ganstead v Hessle
Hull v Beverley
Both ties to be played at neutral courses by 1 September 2024.
