The 2024 YIDU season ended at Cleckheaton with a disappointing finish at the Six Man Team Championship.
Leeds Union defended their title by ten shots over YIDU League champions Halifax & Huddersfield, with East Riding finishing in 7th on countback over York. The search for only a second win in the event goes on.
Steve Uzzell (pictured) undelined his Player of the Year credentials with a pair of matching 69s, whilst no other ER player broke 73 around an immaculate Cleckheaton course. Steve's 138 total just missed the individual honours on the day which went to Habib Khan (H&H) on countback due to his afternoon 68. England international Dylan Shaw-Radford, also H&H, had 65 in the morning, but fell away with a second round 73.
